Refund policy

All sales are final.

• Every Stillviva release is a limited drop produced in small quantities. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or sizing.
• Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering. If you are unsure of your size, email support@stillviva.com before you place your order and we will help you choose.
• Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at support@stillviva.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging.
• We review every claim and will issue a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
• This is the only circumstance in which we offer a refund or replacement.

Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
